Step 1
Complete the Pre-Registration Registration form.
This form is to pre-register your child at St. John Paul II Academy. Acceptance into St. John Paul II Academy will be confirmed once an interview with the school has been conducted with the family and prospective student(s). It is a pre-registration only and represents an important means of gauging your family’s interest and commitment to sending your child to the school.
Step 2
• Complete the Enrolment Deposit form
• Include with this form a cheque for $25,000 made payable to: “CISVA – St. John Paul II Academy In Trust”
• Submit the above directly to the Superintendent’s Office at:
